ITINERARY:

Day 1 Wednesday Zagreb
Arrival in Zagreb and transfer from airport to hotel. Evening at leisure. Dinner at the hotel.

Day 2 Thursday: Zagreb
Morning city tour of Zagreb includes walk through the historic Upper Town, where, among other sites, visit the St. Mark’s Church, the Cathedral, the Government Palace and the Lotrščak tower. Overnight in Zagreb.

Day 3 Friday: Zagreb – Plivitce Lakes – Split
Morning departure towards the spectacular Plitvice National Park, consisting of 16 lakes, connected with a series of waterfalls. 3 hour walk in this wonderful environment enjoying a boat ride on the emerald green Kozjak Lake and the street train back to the entrance. Drive to Split for overnight.

Day 4 Saturday: Split
Morning guided tour of Split and its famous Diocletian palace. End of tour.
