It is ideally located in the small locality of Αgia Pelagia in the south East Coast of the Greek island of Corfu offering panoramic
views over the Ionian Sea. Set in the spacious grounds of a former olive-oil press, with its grove of venerable olive trees –
an exquisite combination of simplicity, harmony and sophistication – the property has been faithfully maintained
to provide you with an exclusive taste of the comfort and luxury of the life-style of Corfu.

Step outside, and an exquisite limpid pebble beach where you can while away the hot summer days lies just in front of  Villa Zefyros.
The property boasts a private wooden jetty for your boat but you can also swim and snorkel off the jetty.

Set among splendid gardens the two inviting swimming pools are ideal for family and friends gatherings.
Each features a sunbathing area with sun beds that adds a contemporary touch of luxury while the surrounding area is shaded by
century old olive trees offering great open-air living spaces for afternoon coffee, gatherings and a perfect place for day and night relaxation.
Only a few meters away, the property offers a lightened tennis court for the more active guests of Waterfront Villa.

A 16th century enchanting chapel can host romantic and intimate wedding celebrations inspiring guests even at its view.
Activities in the surrounding area include snorkeling, water sports, jogging and golf 16 miles from the property.

The two villas can be rented either separately or together, thereby offering accommodation to totally 24 guests
making it perfect for families and large groups of friends.

Off the beach, Corfu is a large and interesting island, with a beautiful and lively Old Town redolent of Corfu’s Venetian heritage,
a swinging night-life for younger guests,  and some fine museums and churches. There are water-sports, an Aqualand water-park,
an eighteen hole golf-course, and some very good tavernas and fish restaurants, some very close to the house.
For the adventurous, we can organise day-trips, or longer trips, to Albania, even private visit to the wonderful site of Butrint,
escorted by the Director of the Site. Corfu is also known for its gorgeous, lush landscape and some fine beaches.
Access is very easy both from Athens and abroad, as it has an international airport catering for international, scheduled and charter flights.

Villa Ekati was featured in the James Bond film “For your eyes only” and “The Executioner” starring George Peppard and Joan Collins.
This unique estate is one of the neighboring estates to “mon Repos” the summerhouse of the King of Greece, and the birthplace of
Prince Philip of Great Britain.

Splendidly situated in a prominent position 40 metres above the sea, the Villa has a beautiful panoramic view looking southeast over
the Ionian Sea and famous Pondikonissi, or Mouse Island.

Located at the apex of Kanoni, the Villa is well away from Corfu’s tourist crowds, yet offers easy access to the restaurants and shops
of Corfu town, and is only 20 minutes away from the Corfu Golf Club. The 10 acre estate has beach frontage and beautifully tended gardens filled
with shrubs and flowers, and shaded by hundreds of olive and cypresses trees, with bougainvillea, wisteria, plumbago and jasmine.

The sun drenched terraces, and breathtaking views over the vast, turquoise-blue sea, and the wonderfully calming swishing of the trees,
all fuse together to make this a truly spectacular house.
