Day 1 ATHENS
Arrival at Athens and pick-up the car from Athens airport. Overnight in Athens.

Day 2 ATHENS
In the morning, explore on your own the city of Athens: Acropolis, the new museum for Acropolis, the Greek Parliament building, Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, Adrian’s Arc, Temple of the Olympian Zeus, etc. In the afternoon, we suggest taking a short trip to Cap Sounion and visit the Temple of Poseidon and enjoy a magnificent view of the Saronic Gulf. Overnight in Athens.

Day 3 ATHENS – NAFPLIO
Early morning drive south from Athens to the Corinth Canal, which connects Aegean Sea with the Ionian Seas (short stop). Drive on and visit the Theatre of Epidaurus, Nemeia Winery and fascinating Mycenae. Arrive at Nafplio to explore Palamidi Fortress and the city’s beautiful old alleyways. Overnight in Nafplio/Tolo area.

Day 4 NAFPLIO / TOLO – SPARTA
Breakfast at the hotel. Departure towards the south part of Peloponnese. Visit of the Archaeological site of Mystras. Overnight in Sparta area – the land of King Leonidas and his legendary soldiers.

Day 5 SPARTA – KALAMATA
Enjoy a relaxing stroll along the costline, passing by Mystra, Gythion and explore the historic churches of Kalamata Overnight in Kalamata.

Day 6 KALAMATA – OLYMPIA
Depart for Olympia through the steep hills and wild scenery of the Central Peloponnese and pass by the towns of Tripolis, Megalopolis and Andritsena. Continue to Olympia and visit the archaeological site and museum. Overnight in Olympia, the cradle of the Olympic Games.

Day 7 OLYMPIA – ATHENS
Drive back to Athens through the steep hills and wild scenery of Peloponnese. Overnight in Athens.

Day 8 ATHENS – Airport ATHENS
Delivery of the car at the Airport Athens and departure.
