ITINERARY:

 

Day 1: Athens
Arrival and transfer to hotel. Check-in and spend the rest of the day at leisure. Overnight in Athens.
Day 2: Corinth – Naflion – Olympia
Depart on the 4-day Classical coach Tour; short stop at Corinth Canal; Visit the theatre of Epidaurus. Proceed to Nafplion (short stop), Mycenae – visit the Archaeological Site. Continue to Olympia: overnight and dinner.
Day 3: Olympia – Delphi
Visit the Olympia’s Archaeological Site. Drive on through the plains of Eliad and Achaia; Patra; Then, pass by the picturesque towns of Nafpaktos and Itea. Overnight and dinner in Delphi.
Day 4: Delphi – Kalambaka

Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning visit the archaeological site, and the Museum of Delphi. Depart for Kalambaka, passing through picturesque villages of Central Greece. Overnight and dinner in Kalambaka.

Day 5: Kalamba – Athens
After breakfast, visit Meteora, among striking scenery, perched on top of huge rocks which seem to be suspended in mid-air, stand ageless Monasteries, where you can see exquisite specimens of Byzantine art. Return to Athens via Trikala, Lamia, Thermopylae (short stop to see across the road the Leonida’s Monument). Evening arrival in Athens and overnight.
Day 6: Athens – city tour
Morning guided sightseeing tour of Athens including the Acropolis and the New Acropolis Museum. Afternoon at leisure. Overnight in Athens.
Day 7: Athens – cruise
Breakfast at the hotel. Late afternoon, transfer from your hotel to Piraeus port and embark on the 7-day Idyllic Aegean Cruise cruise with Celestyal Crystal. Overnight sailing to to Kusadasi.
Day 8: Cruise: Kusadasi (Turkey)
Vibrant and colourful, Kusadasi is the gateway to the ruins of Ephesus, famed for the Temple of Artemis. Included Excursion: “Ancien Ephesus through the Ages” Overnight sailing to Rhodes.
Day 9: Cruise: Rhodes
Discover the Old Town and wander through the Knights Quarter and the Palace of the Grand Master. Included Excursion: “Acropolis of Lindos and the Citadel of the Knights”. Overnight sailing to Crete.
Day 10: Cruise: Heraklion (Crete)
Early morning, arrival to Heraklion, capital of Crete. Included Excursion: “Minoan Palace of Knossos” Afternoon at leisure to relax on the beach or to explore the city of Heraklion. Overnight sailing to Santorini.
Day 11: Cruise: Santorini
Arrival to Santorini – this island offers without a doubt the most spectacular view of the Aegean Sea. Enjoy the amazing views and breathtaking sunsets.
Day 12: Cruise: Milos – Mykonos
Early morning arrival in Milos; mostly famous for the statue Venus of Milo (Aphrodite), Milos is a perfect destination for families and romantic couples. Afternoon sailing to Mykonos. Overnight on the ship in Mykonos.
Day 13: Cruise: Mykonos
Full day at leisure in Mykonos – a jet-set island with a flux of people taking advantage of its magnificent beaches, multi-coloured stores and boutiques and myriad taverns and restaurants. Overnight sailing to Piraeus port (Athens).

Day 14: Athens
Disembarkation and transfer to your hotel. Free day to continue exploring Athens. Overnight in Athens.

Day 15: Athens – departure
Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the airport for your flight back home. End of services.
